Integrated Family Support Service (IFSS) is a service that works directly with families with children aged 0 – 17 years (inclusive), this may also include families who are expecting a baby in the near future (i.e., currently pregnant). The service is voluntary and focuses on increasing the wellbeing and safety of children, young people and families, parenting support, community connections, social participation, advocacy, and referrals to other services. IFSS is designed to provide support to families of all kinds, requiring support in a variety of areas, and as a prevention for child safety intervention.

The YFCC IFSS Program is a member of an Alliance who all deliver the same program and work closely with the other organisations to ensure continuity of care, and service delivery. All referrals for the IFSS service come through the Strong Families Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line (1800 000 123).
