Experience: Board Member since 2015.

Hon. Peter (Sid) Sidebottom
– Board Member
Qualifications and Skills:
- BA (Hons), Dip. Int.R., TTC.
- Don College Teacher & AST-3 from 1975-1998 ( Histories, the Arts, Studies in Religion. English.)
- Councilor on Cradle Coast Council (1996-1998)
- Federal MP for Braddon (1998-2004; 2007-2013)
- Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Forestry, & Fisheries ( 2011-2013)
- Current Chair of the Board of Directors of the Cradle Coast Authority. (2017 -)
Experience: Board Member since 2023.
Peter Hollister – Board Member
Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in Community Services (Disability), local government.
Experience: Board Member since 1994.
John Dowling – Treasurer
Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Accountant (CPA), Director of the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy and the Cradle Coast Authority. He is the Chairman of Meridian Lawyers. John Dowling served on the Pharmacy Guild’s National Council for over 21 years as Tasmanian President and National Councillor.
Experience: Board Member since 2022.
Chris Young – Board Member
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Commerce and Laws, community services, legal services (NGO and government), community programs.
Experience: Board Member since 2015.
Kendal Sylvester – Consumer Representative
Qualifications and Skills: Associate Degree in Applied Health and Community Support, Currently undertaking Bachelor in Nursing. Experience as a Teaching Fellow at UTAS and a variety of other leadership roles within the university.
Experience: Board Member since October 2022.

Roslyn Atkinson – CEO
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Laws, GAICD, Diploma in Management, governance, strategic planning, human resources, marketing.
Experience: 18 years in community sector.
Chris Stokes – Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications and Skills: Accounting (CPA), business, Master in Business Analytics.
Experience: 12 years in community sector.
Graham Marshall – Operations Manager
Qualifications and Skills: Diplomas in Management and Governance, project, people and contract management.
Experience: 15 years in community services sector.
