As a child safe organisation we are constantly seeking to ensure our programs and services are designed to help children and young people feel safe. The following feedback is from a 17-year-old client from our Crisis Accommodation Service.
”I feel like CASS is more of a home, not a Shelter. It is not dirty or anything like I imagined a typical shelter would be. I’ve felt safe because the staff are like positive parental figures. They are people to look up to.”
