A Tasmanian Lifeline is a telephone support service for Tasmanians of all ages who need someone to talk things through with. We operate from 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week (including Christmas Day and other public holidays). We are Tasmanian based and Tasmanian focused service that can offer either a one-off phone call or ongoing support through our call back service, where people can book call backs as often as they feel they may need to get through a tough time.
