One in three Tasmanians are not aware of the harmful effect alcohol can have on mental health and wellbeing. Be Nice to Brain wants to change this!

Be Nice to Brain provides information, tools and support to help Tasmanians understand how alcohol can affect sleep, mood, stress, anxiety and overall wellbeing. By providing practical advice on how to make a change, Be Nice to Brain supports Tasmanians to cut back or cut out alcohol and improve their wellbeing.

It was developed by the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education (FARE) with the support of Tasmania health professionals and communities.

This video is one of many that features in the social media campaign: Cutting back on alcohol can improve your health & wellbeing
