Great Mate Award winner Savannah Poke was recognised for her caring and dependable nature, and the positive influence she has had on other young people.
Nominated by THEIRS CEO and Founder Laura Johnson, Savannah has grown in confidence through the organisation’s program and become someone her peers can turn to for support.
Her kindness, sense of fun and commitment to making everyone feel welcome and included made her a deserving recipient of the Great Mate Award.
Acknowledgement of Country
Our organisation acknowledges the palawa people as the Traditional Custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania. We recognise their enduring connection to land, sea, and community, and we pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present.
