The East Devonport Child & Family Centre are coordinating a mental health event focusing on men’s mental health.
Jimmy Barnes has kindly donated his time to film a 30 minute video answering questions about his journey with mental health issues (from questions provided by the event organising committee).
The event will be held on Saturday, 9th November at 12 noon, at the East Devonport Football Club rooms.
Lunch will be provided with the local Rotary Club cooking up a storm on the BBQ. The event is expected to wrap up around 2pm to 2.30pm.
Various local mental health services will be present on the day and participants will receive an ‘event bag” with information on local services.
For catering purposes it is preferable that people book their attendance.
