As an organisation that offers a variety of services and programs to young people and children, we pride ourselves on making every possible effort to ensure young people and children are aware of their rights and feel safe when accessing our services.
As part of a recent client feedback survey we conducted, it was clear that this is both, noticed by our young clients, and that it is also important to them. We received the following quotes from clients of our Transitional Accommodation Support Service (TASS) that demonstrate this:
