What do you like about your role? I like to be the support that gives my residents structure, build their resilience, and develop independent living skills. I also like how challenging this role can get and how we must appreciate the little wins we get every day as this is a job which, I don’t think, has clear job satisfactions like others but it teaches me to be appreciative even if it is just the little things.
A bit about you: I am 28 this year and a full-time social worker by day and a residential youth coach by night. I am an introvert who acts completely opposite. I love animals. I am allergic to cats and dogs, but I have 2 cats. I love cooking, sharing food, and feeding others.
