YFCC’s impact across our community is both broad and profound. Through youth accommodation, family support services, drug and alcohol counselling, employment programs, and community initiatives, YFCC supported more than 14,000 individuals during 2025-26.

For over 45 years, we have stood alongside some of the most vulnerable people in our community, providing support, hope, and opportunities to build a better future.

When people ask where I work, I am proud to tell them.

It is a constant reminder of the importance of what we do and the difference our services make in the lives of individuals and families every day.

That impact is only possible because of the dedication of the entire YFCC team.

While our frontline staff are often the face of our services, they are supported by many others working behind the scenes, including our administration, HR, finance team, clinical supervisor, leadership team and Board members.

Every role contributes to our shared mission, and it is through this collective effort that we continue to deliver positive outcomes for those who rely on our services.
