What you like about your role: I’m still very new to the role but am the sort of person who loves to learn so starting a new role means there is a lot to learn. At the moment my days are filled with looking for ways to improve the space as well as trying to get the everyday completed at the same time. This means the days are flying by but hopefully as I get further into the role, I do hope that I make a positive impact for the staff at YFCC.
A bit about you: I have just returned to Tassie after being away for 29 years with my 11-year-old rescue cat Moet and 3-year-old german short haired pointer GSP Benji. I love travelling, cooking for family and friends, learning new things including languages, being outdoors, swimming, running and I have an extensive gin collection from all across the world. Professionally I have had a very interesting past including signing Hamish and Andy’s first contracts (some may thank me others may not) either way I’m proud of the boys, I have worked in media across advertising, television and radio and was heavily involved with the AFL/NRL at Triple M but also looked after Fox FM in Melbourne. I left media for a while and got to meet real life astronauts, and was lucky enough to look after the contract with NASA and JPL and got to visit them in both California and Washington.
