What you like about your role: I like the diversity of my role that provides me the ability to work with my colleagues and support families, while also being in the leadership role for staff. I enjoy the small stature of my team and the close relationships we have created, including the support we provide each other. I also enjoy being part of a larger alliance and feeling part of a team outside of YFCC.
A bit about you: I’m a mum of two young children who like to teach me daily all the theory and study I have accumulated over the years, means very little to children and I’m just surviving parenthood like everybody else.
