What do you like about your role? Helping influence improved outcomes for young people. Making possibilities for conversation about addiction in our addicted society and trying to understand this. Working with a good bunch of people to make some small difference in the world.
A bit about you:
I’ve been a social worker since 2003 and have worked in the homeless sector, and child safety in South Australia for some years. Since 2006 I’ve been in Tasmania and have mostly worked in the counselling area with men, couples, families and children. I’ve worked in Hobart, Devonport and Burnie and for the last 2 years in school counselling on the West Coast.
When I am not at work I mostly enjoy books and reading, friends, family and exercise.
