What do you like about your role? I have worked in the case management space for some time, and I enjoy building therapeutic working relationships with clients, so as to achieve positive outcomes! Seeing even small wins for clients is what makes these roles enjoyable. I am now a couple of months into my role here at YFCC and I have thoroughly enjoyed the role and getting to know my colleagues.
A bit about you: I studied criminology, before working as a Probation Officer for a few years. I was then Team Leader for the CMD Program on the North-West for a period of time.
On a personal note, I have three cats, love indoor plants, and retro furniture and collectibles!
