I have only been in the Burnie Health Promotions role a few weeks now but I am loving the diversity of the role and being able to work with young people in both group and individual settings.

The highlight so far however has been being part of a joint wildlife rescue on the way back from a talk at a Queenstown school, where we rescued an orphaned Wallaby.

I moved from England to Australia 8 years ago and have been happy to call Tasmania home for 5 ½ years now. When I am not at work you can normally find me Surfing, Mountain Biking with my dog Hardy or on the ocean, long distance Prone Paddle Boarding. I have a 2 year old little girl who keeps me running  flat out but who also likes to go on adventures, hiking and biking with me.
