Service Information – Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS)
Our Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS) team is made up of four dedicated case workers, each bringing unique skills, experience and qualifications. What they all share is a passion for supporting the rights, needs and wellbeing of children, young people, and families.

We work with families across the North-West Coast, from Latrobe to Wynyard and everywhere in between. IFSS is a voluntary case management service designed to strengthen families and enhance safety, resilience, and capacity. By focusing on strengths and building on what’s already working well, our team helps families set goals, connect with supports, and create lasting positive change.

Support can include parenting guidance, advocacy, links to community services, and opportunities to build stronger connections and participation within the community. Our approach is always person-centred and goal-oriented, ensuring families feel heard, respected and empowered to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this service, please call the Strong Families, Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line on 1800 000 123.
