Inspiring Youth Awards – now accepting nominations!
Celebrating it’s third birthday this year, YFCC are proud to announce we are again hosting the Inspiring Youth Awards in 2022. This empowering initiative highlights the positive contributions of young people in Northwest Tasmania.
The Inspiring Youth Awards offer the Northwest community a chance to celebrate and recognise the many daily actions of young people, by simply nominating them as part of these awards.
There are three categories that young people can be nominated for:
- Quiet Achiever Award – never expects recognition for their actions
- The Great Mate Award – true spirit of friendship
- WOW! – acknowledge a significant achievement
Nominations will be open from July 25th and close on September 11th, 2022. The winner of each category will be awarded $300, with all nominees receiving a certificate to acknowledge their contribution. Nominees must be born between 2002 – 2009 (inclusive) and live, or have connection, to Northwest Tasmania.
