Family Planning Tasmania Stakeholder Feedback Survey 2021
Over the past two years, Family Planning Tasmania has endeavored to raise the awareness of the services and programs we deliver.
We have focused on engagement and education of health service providers as well as the promotion of key services such as pregnancy support, clinical services and the My Choice App.
This survey has been designed to give insight into the effectiveness of this campaign and we would appreciate your help. It will only take 3-4 mins to complete and is confidential.
