We offer a range of employment programs that focus on an individual’s goals, ambitions and barriers to employment. The supports we provide are client-led to best meet the needs of an individual and can include:

  • Coaching and case coordination
  • Work readiness and skills development
  • Advocacy
  • Referrals to relevant supports, other agencies and programs
  • Career focused coaching when engaged in employment

Who can access services:

  • Young people aged 16 to 25
  • Jobseekers aged 45 years and over who have been unemployed for 12 months or more
  • Anyone who has lost their job in the past 12 months
  • Migrants who have lived in Tasmania for more than 6 months and have working rights
