‘Every 6 months, YFCC conducts an independent survey of approximately 10% of our clients to help us understand from a client’s perspective – what worked well, and what could we do better. We take this feedback seriously, particularly when it comes from young people as we know they don’t often feel listened to or heard. We are thankful to the young people in our service who contributed and help us to know our services are child safe as the following feedback demonstrates:
‘The service has absolutely made a difference to me. It got me out of my living situation, and it improved my mental health a lot. I learnt living skills that I didn’t know about.
