At Malana, the safety and wellbeing of the young people we support—aged 12 to 15—is our top priority. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every young person feels secure and supported.

Our child safe practices are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain strong and effective. This includes ongoing staff training, clear procedures, and physical safety measures such as CCTV throughout the building to help maintain a secure environment.

Child safety is a shared responsibility, and we welcome input from young people, families, and our wider community as we continue to strengthen our culture of care and protection.
