What you like about your role: The variety of tasks I deal with in any given day/week/month. Also, I get to do a lot of the boring tasks (reports, planning, strategy) so the team can do the work that actually makes a difference. I really enjoy working in an organisation the size of YFCC, we are big enough to make a difference to the people we support, but small enough to be flexible, adaptable and innovative.
A bit about you: I just celebrated 10 years working at YFCC. I live on a small patch of land in the hills between Devonport & Launceston with my family who enjoy being outdoors, spending time within the community and exploring this beautiful island (& planet).
