YFCC would like to introduce Tony Schindler and Ros Buitenhuis as our new Youth Drug & Alcohol Counsellors based in our Devonport office.
Tony comes to us with a broad range of social work experience and a keen eye for detail. Having grown up in Western Australia Tony now calls Tasmania home and enjoys living on his rural property taking care of a variety of animals and living as sustainably as possible.
With a background as a Nurse in residential rehabilitation facilities, the QLD prison system, and homeless outreach, Ros brings some great experience with her. Having grown up on the NW Coast she has recently returned here and is excited to appreciate all that Tassie has to offer.
Both Tony and Ros will be based at the Devonport Junction delivering youth drug and alcohol counselling both onsite and out in the community through our partnerships with schools, colleges and other service providers. Welcome to the team!
