CEO MESSAGE

The last few months have been an incredibly busy time here at YFCC. We have carried out our external financial audit and prepared all annual reports in readiness for the AGM. We have also completed all external financial reports for our funding bodies. We held our AGM in late October with our Board and Members. It was extremely exciting to have two young people join our Board – Dylan and Izzy. Stay tuned to hear more about these motivating young people in our next newsletter.

In October we also held our Inspiring Youth Awards. Inspiring indeed!!! 55 young people received nominations across 3 categories – Great Mate, High Five and Quiet Achiever. All were deserving of a win, and it was my greatest pleasure to hand a certificate to each on the day – recognising their contributions, kindness and growth. Please read more about this wonderful event below.

Thank you for taking the time to read the newsletter. If you would like to contribute to our next edition, please contact us at reception@yfcc.com.au.

Regards,

Ros Atkinson
CEO
