Help Film Festival 2018
2018 marked the 7th Annual HELP Film Festival. The prospective film makers were asked to produce a short film that focused on the theme of this year’s HELP Film Festival: Stereotypes in relation to homelessness, alcohol and other drug usage with a focus on positive solutions. Close to 100 students participated resulting in seven impressive films shown on the big screen at CMAX in Devonport on the 6th August 2018.
A broad cross section of the community gathered to watch the films and cast their vote for people’s choice. The quality of films this year was outstanding.
First Place and People’s Choice: Devonport High School
