Arvo’s is weekly free and fun activities for young people, available to anyone between the ages of 12-20 years old. We have a full calendar of activities, games and events that run every Tuesday in Devonport and every Wednesday in Burnie, both at 3pm until 4.45pm, during term time.
Following a break due to Covid, we are now back up and running and already seeing more young people attending. Every Arvo’s session is a place to join in, make new friends, have afternoon tea and try out a range of things.
This term we have Gypsy Rose coming to do Henna Tattooing, Sam from Reclink is coming along to facilitate indoor lawn bowling and a whole host of other activities listed below. We have a movie and popcorn day as well as several food making/eating days (pizza, cupcakes and cookies).
Everyone between the ages of 12-20 years old is welcome to join in with any of the activities or just hang out with friends, old or new.
