CEO MESSAGE
During October YFCC held its Annual General Meeting. Long term Board Members, Richard Muir-Wilson and Elizabeth Singleton, retired from the Board. These two Board Members provided a combined 24 years of service to the community. From all at YFCC and the broader communities in which we work, we thank you and appreciate your vast contributions.
|
This year we were excited to be able to include an Impact Report in our Annual Reports. YFCC now has capability to analyse outcomes data and measure the impact of interventions on the client’s overall health and well being. Client data can also be aggregated to provide an overall program impact measure. To see how we did, I encourage everyone to access our Annual Report on the YFCC website – www.yfcc.com.au.
|
Finally, were also pleased to receive our Audited Financial Reports from Synectic. The Auditor’s overall assessment of finance function was “We found the financial systems and processes of the organisation to be well organised and controlled, and the staff involved appeared to have a high level of understanding of the key drivers of financial performance, In particular, we were impressed with the standard of management reporting to the board and the structure and extent of the governance framework”.

Thank you for taking the time to read the newsletter. If you would like to contribute in our next edition, please contact us on reception@yfcc.com.au
